Every defense system in the world is built on trust.

A defense that cannot verify its own inputs is not defending. It is reporting fiction with authority.

Trust can no longer be established the way it once was, because there is no human in the loop to notice that something feels wrong.

Identity must be proven continuously and automatically, at the tempo the systems themselves operate, so that every message carries proof of where it came from.

The question is not whether a system is inside the network. It is whether it can prove, right now, that it is what it claims to be.
